We met Meghan over a year ago and began planning what we knew was going to be one of the most amazing weddings ever. Her precious spirit and love towards her fiancé were evident in every meeting and decision made regarding her wedding and reception.
It was HOT September, Mississippi day, but the beauty of McClain Lodge in Brandon, MS set the perfect backdrop despite the heat. The flowers, designed and constructed by OAK, were specifically requested by Meghan and included all of her favorites. I added the perfect Silk and Willow ribbon to compliment the flower choice and the bridesmaids' dresses to create a beautiful array of bouquets in soft neutrals with pops of coral. The men wore boutonnieres of succulents with various colored ribbons.
Meghan asked for a "crown" on which her veil hung. I constructed this with greenery, tiny bits of babies breath and mini succulents. The flower girl wore a crown of babies breath.
After a beautiful ceremony, the reception, also held at McClain Lodge, gave guests the opportunity to enjoy music by, first, DJ Taylor'd To You, followed by the live blues sounds of the Bailey Brothers band. The couple and friends/family danced, ate and laughed all night until being seen off with a beautiful sparkler display! Thank you for the chance to be your wedding coordinator and for letting me get to know all of you - I hope it was a Best Day Ever! - Bethany
